Answer support questions and feature requests

A great way to contribute to the community is to answer questions people post to the Support category or help clarify requests in the Features category.

Many of the questions and requests don't require knowledge of the code-base, just some experience using ODK and a willingness to encourage people to provide additional details when needed! Please be polite and follow the forum guidelines when responding.

The About the Support category post provides advice regarding writing a good support request post and the About the Features category provides advice about writing a good feature request post.

If the poster is a new forum member and don't have a profile picture or haven't posted in Introduce yourself here!, then you can encourage them to take those steps!
