On device decryption
Field workers need to access data on a device but data are encrypted for security. Using an external USB drive, they could decrypt and read a submission that has already been finalised. Would also benefit supervisors who often like to check submissions daily, but currently have to leave forms un-finalised until they have a chance to look at them
