Allowing DOB selection based on current date selection

Hi all,

Am working in a form where i will select Date of survey(Current date)
So, based on the above condition can i restrict selecting DOB exactly upto 1 year or 2 years back matching to Date of survey.

Ex : Date of Survey 13 JAN 2020
So, i should be able to select DOB only from 13 JAN 2019 to 13 JAN 2020
An error message should pop-up when i select Date before 13 JAN 2019 .
