I was wondering if is any way to update automatically the blank forms to
ODK Collect? i mean that the interviewer should not check every time for
new forms or new versions of existing forms, if i can do this from odk
aggregate?
No.
This functionality is not available for ODK Collect; at one time, the ODK
Manage server was envisioned as sending an SMS message to the device
informing it of new forms, etc. There would be a listener app on the phone
to detect the SMS and trigger a form download -- but that listener app was
never written, and the ODK Manage server was never completed.
For the future, for the new tools, we are developing an ODK Submit app on
the phone that could listen for notifications from the server and notify
the user that syncing is possible and/or needed. This is not yet in alpha
and will lag the release of ODK Tables and ODK Survey. There are
technologies like GCM that can replace the SMS notification with a non-SMS
notification, so this mechanism can work on devices without SIM cards; we
have been looking at those as part of this tool.
