CLI tool to manage Aggregate servers

Hi, Aggregatetites!

I wanted to share with you a tool we've developed to assist with the automatic installation and update of Aggregate servers.

At this moment, it only supports Linux (Ubuntu 18.04) boxes running Apache Tomcat and PostgreSQL, but it should be easy to modify to support other stacks (contributions, as always, are very welcome).

This tool is bundled in all the upcoming Aggregate v2.0 Cloud-Config stacks. If you want to read more about v2.0, read @yanokwa's great post.
