I have a form with a repeat sequence for collecting household members names.

I need to get the primary caregiver from the responses given.

How can i achieve this in xlsform.

Thanks,

Sorry Forgot to add I have a new field to ask the primary caregiver which
is a select_one from the previous responses.

Thanks.

Hi Yaw,

Any idea where the thread in the link above might have moved to within the forum? We are hoping to attempt a similar concept - collect text input in one repeat, use the values as select one choices in another repeat.

Thank you,
