Even after paying enough amount my quota limit (reads) is still exceeded

I exceeded the data reads limit of my account , and thus recharge my account with 500 INR. Even after 48 hours, when I am trying to download the data from server it still says "data limit exceeded". Further, I have completed my survey so now there is no inflow of data into server.

I have tried to download both from server and by using odk briefcase, but i get these messages "data limit exceeded" and "internal error 500" respectively.

Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach here.

Have you linked your billing account to your project? You can check it here: https://console.cloud.google.com/billing (after the page loads, click on your billing plan to see the lists of lkined projects)

Hi @ggalmazor, Thank you for quick response. My billing account was paused, I don't know though, how it happened. So I was just going round and round to find a solution. And yesterday only I found that I have to re-open my billing account. And BINGO!
