False URL for connecting to Aggregate

I installed ODKCollect (v1.21.2) to replace GeoODKcollect on a Techno mobile. For a test I use the URL for opendatakit.appspot.com/Aggregate.html .
The connection was refused. The Error message displayed the URL:
https://opendatakit.appspot.com/Aggregate.html/formList!
The correct URL is: ..... /Aggregate.html#formList

Is there a possiblity to change the settings for the URL in Collect? Or is there another problem?

Eventually you will want to specify your own data destination but to try things out, you can use https://opendatakit.appspot.com (without the /Aggregate.html).
