I have a question about the opendatakit/governance repo. Because ODK is a suite of tools it makes perfect sense to have separate repos for each tool, but that leaves the issue of where to put suite-wide documentation: currently, GOVERNANCE.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.
Is there a way to make the U/X for getting to these documents easier on newcomers that may only be looking at contributing to one specific tool? Maybe this is as simple as having governance be one of the pinned repos, or linking to it in the README.md of each individual tool's repo?
Or this could also just be my own personal issues with navigating github 
Anyone else have thoughts?
