It's not possible to view input type questions in table format in ODK collect where enketo web form offer this type of facility https://blog.enketo.org/gorgeous-grid/ .In ODK collect multiple questions can be viewed in a single screen by grouping questions http://xlsform.org/en/#grouping-questions and using appearance field-list.

Thanks Arif_Azad_Khan for the feedback but will it be too long for the enumerator to handle it . Is there away I can simplify it.
