How do I solve AppEngine Application Problem?

What is the problem? Please be detailed.

Hello,
I am a new ODK user who just concluded my first survey in kenya. The problem came when I wanted to analyse the data and kept getting the error above. I keep going through my Google Cloud Platform account to see perhaps which limits i have exceeded or what the problem is cause I have done a survey of about only 300 people and I am sure the data stored cannot exceed 5GB Free cloud storage mentioned in Google Cloud Platform.
Can someone please assist me? Cause as at now, it seems all the time, money and effort invested into the survey has gone to waste.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
I created the ODK form using excel and i validated the xls file before converting it to xml and using it in ODK Collect V1.13.2 to carry out the survey.

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Has anyone experienced such before? How can I resolve it? Is there a way?

What you have you tried to fix the problem?

I managed to download a csv file before the "file.appspot.com/Aggregate.html#submissions/filter///" began giving the error message in the picture. The problem is, its gives me customer details as 'https://naduat-kataboi.appspot.com/view/formMultipleValue?formId=naduat_kataboi_seven_QS[%40version%3Dnull+and+%40uiVersion%3Dnull]%2Fnaduat_kataboi_seven_QS[%40key%3Duuid%'
instead of names and ID numbers as filled in the field.
Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach here.
The forms were detailed with names, ID numbers, phone numbers,GPS Co-ordinates pictures of customers and their premises. How can I retrieve these data from the servers and manipulate in excel to capture the different GPS locations got in the survey?

You are likely out of App Engine quota. The quota has very little to do with the data storage, but rather datastore reads. More at https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-deployment-planning/#minimizing-app-engine-fees. Either wait 24 hours for the quota to reset or add a credit card and enable billing.

As to the CSV, try downloading the data using ODK Briefcase (Docs at https://docs.opendatakit.org/briefcase-intro and latest release at https://github.com/opendatakit/briefcase/releases). Once you have that CSV, it will have all the data (including the media files) you'd like to work.

Finally, when you get a chance, please introduce yourself here. It helps build community!

Good morning Yaw,
Good morning ODK team,

Thank you for your prompt feedback.

I will try it out at once. I am sorry I haven't introduced myself to you.

My names are Barake Maragia. A Kenyan by birth and this is my first time using ODK.

We will share more. Thank you once again.

Hi Yaw,

My name is Robert. I have similar problem so I went ahead to add credit card to enable billing but still getting that screen of exceeding quota. Can you please walk me through how to enable the billing? Perhaps I am not doing something right.

regards,
Robert

https://cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/modify-project and https://cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/manage-billing-account are the best places to learn how to enable billing. If you run into problems, contact Google for help.

Please also note that ODK Aggregate is no longer being updated. We recommend you use ODK Central.
