ODK clinic is no longer been actively developed and supported.

you can have a look at the currently supported ODK 1 tools

@Ronald_Munjoma is correct! I wrote the code for ODK Clinic many years ago and it's currently unsupported. I recommend you check with the OpenMRS community at http://openmrs.org to see if anyone has active code connecting Android and OpenMRS.
