سلام مه یک مشکل دارم کمک میشه به مه کمک کنید لطفا؟

چطور میتوانم مشکل فعلی خویش را حل نمایم تشکر؟

This is a problem with Kobo. Please see https://support.kobotoolbox.org and https://community.kobotoolbox.org for help from the Kobo team.

Please, also avoid to post the same issue in parallel in both communities (even using as different user names), see https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/data-after-re-deployed-form/48591/21. At least, make visible that and where you posted the duplicate.

My guess is that different people who were asked to fill out this same form are reporting the issue in different places.

@Amir_Amirdad, the guidance in the error message is the best one available -- you will need to contact the person who sent the form. They likely archived, disabled or deleted the form.

Your guess might be right, it was the first posting, from two just created accounts. But there are doubts, if you look at the account info. Maybe, the user created the Kobo account after the answer from Yaknova. It is only Amir, who could really explain.

Nevertheless, it would be preferable to have only one focal point for a project who will channel any communication with the forum. Endusers should first address to their form/survey administrator or focal point, please.

@Amir_Amirdad هل تمكنت من التحدث إلى الشخص الذي أرسل لك الرابط وحل المشكلة؟
Were you able to talk to the person who sent you the link and get the issue resolved?

Clearly you looked into this more deeply, that seems right!

I agree with you and that's why we tried to make that more explicit in the Enketo message.

That said, a lot of people who rely on ODK-based tools work in stressful situations and may not natively speak English. The form link may have come to them in unexpected ways and they're just trying to figure out some kind of way forward. It can be hard to realize that custom project form definition and the underlying software are separate.

It has happened time and time again that we've shown warmth and helpfulness to someone who was initially disoriented, then we saw them invest in understanding the platform better and become power users.

Update. Even a 3rd person (new account) jumped in now: https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/data-after-re-deployed-form/48591/24.
