I am an Indian Forest Service officer and I have some very intereseting ideas to develop an ap that will be used by field functionaries of forest department. I want to get a small pilot app built and if that is good, the possibilities are infinite.
The app mainly will have to be a form based data collection and observation system but the attributes of the data (geo spatial data) will b dynamic and users must be able to update the status of the data.
Odk forms are very basic. If any developer wanting to volunteer and help me with this cause, kindly talk. As I am low on budget, I am ready to personally spare a negotiable amount from my pocket for the pilot project.
