Not appearing on user map

Hello! This is related to the last thing shared in the last community update announcement: User-map. I have set my location in my profile. I can see myself coming on the map when I am logged in, but when I access it from a non-logged-in place, I can see the (few) others but not myself.

I'm wondering if that's the same for others too? How can we set our location on the users map to be publicly viewable?

Hmmm. I agree that I don't see you. I've got a message out to the plugin authors to try to track down this issue!

I'm also not visible so there is definitely something wrong with the plugin.
