I use ODK Collect and have been doing so for 4 years. I recently ran into a new problem where the audio files appear normal in Aggregate but when I download they appear as an unreadable "binarydata"

I use Chromebook and have always used this as my primary tool without any issue until now.
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have tried opening the file online using different browsers.
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Download any audio file and see if you have the same problem
