1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I am now to ODK, and currently designing a form. I can not find out how to create the survey form with having ONE question and then with two or more options to fill in data. Example: How many adults and children eat breakfast prepared/cooked in this house? The answer options would be: xx adults and xx children. Any help would be appreciated. I thought I would be able to find the answer here but I might search on the wrong technical term.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Searched the forum and internet, but might use wrong "term"
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Perhaps advice under what type this would go?
