What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I have been trying to publish Form data to G-Suite account's Google Sheet and it's not even creating the Google Sheet file in Google Drive. G-Suite account for target Google sheet is a G-Suite/GCP admin account.
It seems like publishing only works for the regular Google Gmail account
What ODK tool and version are you using?
ODK Aggregate V1.7.1
And on what device and operating system version?
Google App Engine.
What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
What you have you tried to fix the problem?

ODK/GAE and G-Suite are in the same domain.
Current Workaround:
- Publish G-Sheet to a Gmail account. Share a G-Suite team drive with the Gmail account and the ODK service account. Once G-Sheet is created, move G-Sheet to the G-Suite Team Drive so that the ODK service account can append new data to the G-sheet.
