Rename "Get blank form" button

#1

What is the general goal of the feature?
Reduce confusion, use clearer language.
What are some example use cases for this feature?
Some new users often confuse get blank form as the concept of starting to fill in a form (you start with a blank form, right?)
What can you contribute to making this feature a reality?
Some new word suggestion
"Get Additional / Updated Forms" or
"Get Updated & New Forms" or similar.

Do you know if this is a consistent problem across translations? Is this problem more/less prevalent in certain regions (for example, British vs American English speakers) or among people who speak English as a 2nd language?

Only know it is consistent in UK in languages English, Romanian and Lithuanian (amongst agricultural workers, sample of c100).

It is not a huge problem, but does mean we have to pay a little more attention to training and early user support.

Hope this helps.

Something to think about for sure! It's a challenge because the text string should also be short enough to fit on 1 line even on smaller screen sizes.

“Download Form” perhaps ?

Maybe.
Just thinking in terms of actions, I may think I need to download, prior to filling in, a form.
Sort of in the same way I may think I need to get a blank form before filling in a blank form.

Maybe "Check for new forms"?
