I've already uploaded my form from my computer to the server (aggregate) and then downloaded it to collect from my android device. When I send the finished form, I get this error message: " Error: invalid status code on Head request. If you have a web proxy, you may need to log in to your network." What can I do ?

Are you using Aggregate on GAE, Apache or VM? Have you converted the form using this link? If not, I would suggest you convert the form using the following link.

Other things you might want to check:
- check that you're using correct credentials when setting up the connection to the server in Collect, and that the user you're using has enough permissions to send submissions https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-admin/#permissions
- check that the form allows new submissions https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-forms/?highlight=disable#disabling-or-enabling-submission-of-a-form
