I would like to be able to show the main screen of android. in other examples they show how to open other specific sections of odk, but to start odk from scratch I could not find it.
I'm not sure I understand your question. If you want to return to the Main Menu (shown in your original post), you can hit the back button whenever you are in ODK Collect until you get to that menu.
