Table questionnaire (integer and text input)

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed
I am designing a questionnaire for cashew farmers. I want to have a questionnaire on the tablet such that the enumerators can enter either integer or text in a table form

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Aggregate server v1.7.1 and odk collect v1.21.2

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I tried this in the xlxs form (find attached below), and also read through all the ODK documentation but didn't find any solution.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I need suggestions from all angles

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

You can't do this today, but Form design: grid of text or numeric input is a proposal to add this feature.

Your current best option is to break things down into either rows (number, harvest, quantity) or columns (enter all numbers, then all dates).
