Tomcat PostgreSQL connector jar file

Dear sir,
I am using PostgreSQL, but in Tomcat it is not loading it shows like the attached image,
Does anyone have the PostgreSQL connector jar file?

You can find the version you need here : https://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html

But maybe the problem is due to a configuration a configuration error (host or db address, database username or password, port...)
