What is the general goal of the feature?
To add URLs back to the original Google Cloud Datastore blobs in ODK Briefcase exports instead of moving media to a local drive and providing local links.
What are some example use cases for this feature?
When using ODK Briefcase as a method for exporting data from a Google Cloud instance of Aggregate, the pull requests would be very fast if they didn't include the actual media files, but instead just URLs back to the Datastore.
What can you contribute to making this feature a reality?
Unfortunately, I'm a Water Resources Engineer/Scientist by trade, so I'm a hack of a programmer, but I would be happy to provide some high level support in terms of functionality development and testing.
