i have made a tool there are some note type in the tool. when i downloaded dataset note variable is also there. can i make it that it cannot come in dataset. is this possible.

Unfortunately no, you can do that manually after downloading the dataset.

You can do data management, where you can make different syntax file where you can write code for remove unnecessary variable and then make a clean dataset.
