For my master's capstone project I'm looking to learn from conservation organizations who have engaged local residents (i.e. not rangers or organization employees) in digital data collection and monitoring efforts. Ideally, I'd like to chat with 3-5 organizations to learn from their experience of implementing the project with local residents, successes/challenges, lessons learned, barriers etc. Because my partner organization is based in Kenya, I'd prefer to look at projects implemented in Africa.
Is anyone aware of organizations who have engaged local residents on conservation projects (e.g. data collection, monitoring, surveys etc.) using ODK?
