How do I provide multiple forms from Google Drive?

Thanks @rfletch0 for your sharing. I have faced a challenge that when I have two forms uploaded into google drive and use ODK application to fill in the information, ODK application allows me to get only one form to fill in? Is that a restriction of that?

Could you please guide me on this? I will really be in the need of this?
