I found out that I need to create my organization before creating a new project on GCP

I am using Windows 10 operating system

Create an google account but I have failed. My organization email address seems to have restrictions

Just go to the console window of GCP and try creating a new project. You will need to select the organization to which you belong.

My challenge is just to create the GCP storage hierarchy, from organization, to folders and then project. I know the steps of creating the project and installation of aggregate server, but cannot create my organization.
You said, "My organization email address seems to have restrictions". Have you tried using a personal Gmail account to see if the problem goes away? What about talking to your IT manager to see if those restrictions can be removed?
