You probably just want a select1 question.
In reality, the Type field (in conjunction with Appearance) really only determine what particular widget is used to display the question. At the end of the day, the raw data is still all stored (and submitted) as strings, so it is perfectly fine to construct a select1 question with all Integer values.
the multiple options I have but I should be entering data in all options.
Can you give a written example of how you want the question to look?
